While keeping our families safe and healthy in the current crisis is our number one concern, you are no doubt, like us, wondering just how tricky life and business is going to get in the coming weeks and months.
We wanted to let you know what we're doing and how we and others in the industry may be able to help.
We're still attending sites to provide services and installations and following reasonable precautions including avoiding hand-shakes, cleaning touch-screens and keyboards, using hand-gels and where possible maintaining some distance so we can all continue to work for as long as possible.
While we will isolate if anyone gets ill, we will otherwise be continuing to provide product and services to our customers as normal and wanted to highlight some ways in which we and the industry may be able to help you do the same.
Enfocus have announced they are making available free temproray PitStop Pro keys for remote workers. Initially to end April, extending as needed.
If you have a subscription license then you can simply sign out of your work machine and sign in to your Enfocus account at home to access the license. But if you have fixed licenses you can apply for a free key here:

Prepress UK have systems in place to provide remote support to our customers and can utilise those to help you setup remote access for workers who have to self-isolate and work from home. Any active customer (purchased anything in the last 12 months or has current contract) can contact us and we'll help setup any of your work computers for remote access and provide details of how your staff can access them from home computers free of charge. Like you we're needing to generate some income to keep paying the bills so non-active customers will be charged at reduced rates for remote support to provide help.

In the event that your prepress staff are unable to work we are able to provide a remote prepress service to operate your workflow, imposition and plate output remotely, subject to availability.
We won't be able to replace your department, but if you have urgent work that needs to get on press and no way to output plates then chances are we can help. Contact us to discussed details. Reduced rates will be charged for remote working during the current crisis.
